WBZ Credits AstuceMedia with “Seamless Launch” of Election Data on Super Tuesday

WBZ knew they were on the cusp of what’s proving to be the most-watched, most participated in U.S. presidential primary process in decades. So on “Super Tuesday,” WBZ turned to AstuceMedia to help them integrate the station’s new graphics package with fast-moving election data from AP.

“Not only did our election night packaging look good, it was also very communicative,” said Wendy McMahon, WBZ’s Director of Creative Services. “Some of our CBS stations have wanted to use it.”

“Super Tuesday was a true showcase night for WBZ. It was critical that everything run without a hitch,” said Alex Leclerc, CEO of AstuceMedia. “Our technical crew provided total support from project start to finish for WBZ’s operational and design staff. It was a great team effort with a spectacular result.”

WBZ Design Director Arne Jensen agreed. “AstuceMedia was able to bring a new level to local election graphics, with the elements able to animate on and off. The result was an election night that was both functional and exciting.”
