About the Role
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in broadcast environments to join our creative team. The ideal candidate combines a passion for user-centered design with a deep understanding of on-air graphics, live workflows, and broadcast systems. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually impactful interfaces that enhance the storytelling and viewer experience in live productions and digital extensions.
Job Description
- User Research & Analysis
- Understand the needs of producers, operators, and technical teams in live broadcast contexts.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design solutions.
- UX Design
- Map user journeys and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and design flows.
- Define interaction models adapted to fast-paced broadcast workflows (control rooms, newsroom tools, graphics systems).
- UI Design
- Create clean, consistent, and impactful interfaces aligned with the brand and broadcast identity.
- Design on-air graphics interfaces, control panels, and dashboards optimized for clarity and speed.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, motion designers, and broadcast engineers to ensure feasibility and performance.
- Partner with editorial and production teams to align user experience with storytelling objectives.
- Iteration & Delivery
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from live tests and end users.
- Deliver detailed design specifications and support implementation through QA.
What you bring to the team
- Education: Degree in Design, HCI, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within broadcast, media, or live event environments.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Prototyping: Experience with interactive prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Axure).
- Broadcast Knowledge: Familiarity with newsroom systems, graphics engines (Vizrt, Ross XPression, Chyron, etc.), or live production workflows is a strong asset.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset.
- Language: English fluent, French is an asset.
Nice-to-Have
- Motion design and animation skills.
- Experience designing for touchscreen or specialized broadcast hardware.

Job Description
- Develop Unity applications for live broadcast and touchscreen experiences.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, 3D artists, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, high-performance features.
- Integrate and maintain real-time data feeds(sports, finance, elections, etc.) through APIs.
- Design, implement, and refine UI animations(e.g., text effects, motion of shapes, dynamic transitions) that balance visual quality with real-time performance.
- Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and Agile sprints, ensuring code quality and scalability
What you bring to the team
- 3–6 years of professional Unity (C#) development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Unity’s UI system, animation controllers, scene management, asset pipeline, and performance profiling.
- Proven experience with REST/WebSocket APIsand real-time data handling.
- Solid grasp of design patternsand performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with Git workflows and version control.
- Nice to have:experience with Unreal Engine, Vizrt, Ventuz, or AR/VR toolkits
