‍When using our DataPlatform Social Module for searching thrid-party networks such as Instagram, Twitter, we do not store or track information about your searches – only the posts that users chose to save and broadcast will be stored by the DataPlatform. When a user initiates a token request, the software will store the updated token information and the timestamp of when it was requested.

‍This Privacy Policy details the types of information that is collected and recorded by the Astucemedia Social Media Chrome Extension and how we use it. ‍Information We Collect
‍Users of the Astucemedia Social Media Chrome Extension are required to be registered users of the Astucemedia Data Platform. No additional user information is required to be collected that has not already been provided when creating an Astucemedia Data Platform user account.

Media, text, and user details of feed content is collected and stored by the Astucemedia Data Platform.

No data related to the currently logged-in Facebook, Twitter or Instagram user is collected and/or stored; unless in the exception that a post authored by that user is imported using the extension.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

‍How We Use Collected Information
‍We use the information we collect from the Astucemedia Social Media Chrome Extension to populate collections of social media content in the Astucemedia Data Platform. This content is accessible to users of the Astucemedia Data Platform who have the associated Astucemedia Data Platform user permission.

Details provided to us via email will be used to communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to Astucemedia products and services.
